About the doctor

Topics and areas of work: psychological crises and trauma, anxiety, overthinking, panic attacks, difficulties with emotion regulation, burnout, depression and other mood difficulties, tension, low mood, existential and meaning-related questions, loneliness, themes of authenticity and self-realisation, self-confidence, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, losses and grief, difficult life changes, themes of suicidality, strong psychosomatic sensations, transcendent experiences.

In my work I am guided by the idea that each person's experiences, feelings, thoughts and view of the world are unique, authentic and worthy of respect. In my work I aim to help a person understand all of this better themselves, and also to discover the resources and paths suited specifically to that person that would help them cope with the difficulties they face and perhaps help them live more authentically and with greater quality.

During sessions I invite you into a consistent exploration of your experience and life story, so that together we can recognise recurring patterns, inner conflicts and their meaning, and the unconscious processes that shape life. I seek to create a safe space and a collaborative course of therapy in which it is possible to explore complex experiences and unpleasant emotions, look for meaning, discover inner resources and strengthen the connection with the authentic self.

During sessions you can expect active listening, questions that encourage reflection, an interest in your life story, work with imagery and bodily sensations, attention to feelings and reactions arising during the therapeutic meeting ("here and now"), as well as short grounding exercises.
